Candice Burkett graduated with honors with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the cognitive division of the psychology department at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). Her interests include intelligent tutoring systems, game design, self-regulated learning and metacognitive judgments in computer-based learning environments.
