Shi Feng is a PhD student in the Department of Psychology and working in the Institute for Intelligent Systems. She is interested in Computational Linguistics, Algorithmic Psycholinguistics, Bilingualism, and how language reveals how the human mind thinks and processes.
Background
Shi Feng received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California in Davis, with a minor in Comparative Literature in 2009. She entered the University of Memphis as a PhD student in the fall of 2010. She currently works on developing the Intelligent tutoring system for essay writing called Writing Pal. She recently joined the Team Automentor and Language Across Cultures.
