Background
Since 2004, Matthew has worked as a Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research where he performs psychometric duties for statewide educational achievement assessment programs, specializing in alternate assessments. His current research interests include application of cognitive psychology to assessment design and analysis, multidimensional modeling, simulation-based and games-based assessment design, and computer-based testing.
